DIRECTOR OF SEX EDUCATION | oversees the Sex Education department under Black Wholeness Collective. She is responsible for programming, live events, content targeting Sex education and much more. We welcome Belize Spivey to Black Wholeness Collective and look forward to healing under her leadership.
Belize Spivey is a sexual health educator, advocate, author, speaker, and community leader dedicated to empowering young adults with accurate, practical, and judgment-free sexual health education. With a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling and more than a decade of experience educating the public about sexual health, Belize brings a unique combination of professional education, lived experience, advocacy, and community engagement to her work.
Belize is widely recognized for her pioneering work in herpes education and stigma reduction. Through her platform, STD Life Coach, she has educated and supported thousands of individuals navigating sexual health concerns, relationships, disclosure, stigma, and the emotional impact of an STI diagnosis.
As Director of Sex Education, Belize is passionate about taking meaningful sexual health conversations directly to college campuses. Her work focuses on helping students understand that sexual health encompasses far more than preventing an STI it includes communication, consent, boundaries, healthy relationships, emotional wellness, prevention, and the confidence to make informed decisions about their bodies and lives.
Her mission is simple: replace shame and misinformation with knowledge, confidence, and informed decision-making. Belize believes every student deserves access to sexual health education that is honest, relatable, inclusive, and empowering.
